Important Disclosure: Golden Peak provides independent senior housing. We are NOT an assisted living facility, personal care home, or memory care center. We do not provide medical care, medication management, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), or 24/7 supervision.

While Golden Peak does not provide care directly, we believe in supporting our residents' independence. We maintain referral relationships with local agencies that can provide in-home care services, meal delivery, and transportation assistance for those who need a little extra support to stay independent.

Please note: Golden Peak monthly room rates are not currently covered by Medicaid waivers or state-funded housing vouchers. Residents typically pay privately through Social Security income, pensions, or personal savings.

No. We provide independent housing in shared residential homes. We do not provide medical care or assistance with daily tasks.

What is included in the monthly rate?

Your rate includes your furnished room, all utilities (water, electricity, gas), Wi-Fi, laundry access, and full access to the kitchen and shared living areas.

Are the homes wheelchair accessible?

Functional features vary by location. Some homes offer step-free access, but not all properties are fully ADA/wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss specific accessibility needs.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Our rooms come furnished to make move-in easy, but we can often accommodate personal items to help your space feel like home. Please discuss this with our coordinator during your tour.
